Yeah I know. They are huge, so they have to be expensive.

I just got a crown put on my tooth... I think of everything in terms of how many Secret Keepers it is worth. My tooth is worth three.

One Keeper on a good day is 1,000-1,200 dollars. Oh my, that's a very expensive crown.

I have several of your dragons, and look forward to getting more. I love this one, and the colour scheme - I have the mother dragon in the black-n-gold.

I loooooooooooove this dragon with red eyes. The production line should have had red eyes instead of blue eyes :)

We temporarily quit casting these because they are just too heavy.
We have been brainstorming about how to make this dragon hollow,or at least less heavy, so we can ship them easier.
We haven't given up on this design yet!

May I ask how you do you do your scales?

I make the original sculpture out of clay, have it reproduced in gypsum (dense casting plaster). The scales were mostly all hand carved onto the gypsum casting. This is a reproduction of that sculpture.

She reminds me a lot of both Father Dragon and the little male dragon from your earlier dragon series. I especially like the extra frills along the underside neck scales, and the ridges along her face. I would have liked to take this one home when I saw her at a New York convention, but I didn't think she'd fit in my carry-on bag. ;p
